"Up until 2022, this is where I would have said to go. However, I didn't know better. My husband and I both had to have root canals done around the same time 6ish years ago. The dentist is NEVER the same one and I feel like they rotate in and out of that place way too often. The dentist that did my root canal said I had enough good tooth I didn't need a crown. I was young and didn't know anything. I went back in 2022 and was told it needed crowned. I said let's get it done. I was brushed off and said well we can do that later. Then I was referred out to a place I couldn't even get an appt with. They made sure their problems was not one they made right. It was weak already It didn't take much longer and it split in half and I had to pay $4691 for another dentist to do an implant on my molar I never should have lost to begin with. We are now going through the same process with the botched root canal they did on my husband. They might be fine for a cleaning but I'd never trust Ladd to do more."

"Went in for a consultation and later a root canal. All the staff was extremely kind from the ladies at the front desk, to the dental assistant, and the doctor. Doctor Polley did my procedure. He was very professional and answered all my questions politely. The young lady who was the dental assistant was one of the kindest dental assistants I’ve ever seen. She was caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, and over all made my experience a good one. This is not my regular dentist, but I would definitely recommend this place to friends, family, and others."
