"This is by far the worst dentist I’ve ever taken my son to! Extremely rude! Set up a dental surgery with me for my son and said they faxed a letter to his Dr to have them sign off saying he’s healthy enough for surgery. I kept calling to see if it got done. They kept saying they were going to do it again and they never sent it back apparently. So months went by…. Finally i called and asked if i could come pick the paper up take it to the Dr myself to get signed and bring back to them. When i got there to get it… they asked if i recieved my letter in the mail. I said no?? They said we’re actually releasing your son from being our patient. When i asked why?! They said honestly we’re not sure. So I’m guessing because i kept trying to get the paper signed so he could get his very needed surgery that he still hasn’t gotten. They left his spacer in his mouth far too long and it’s going down into his gums and they kept saying we’ll take it out in surgery????? Then drops him as a patient?!?! With a spacer still in his mouth!!!!! I’m so pissed hes constantly in pain over this. And they just stop seeing him!? Because why??? His mom is annoying and cares!? I should file a lawsuit I’m so upset!!! We’ll just responding to your reply on here….. i tried so hard to get that letter. Even offered to drive to pick it up and take it to the Dr to fill out and bring right back. He’s never not missed one apt. Not one!!! We were steadily just waiting for surgery! I kept calling trying to see if you guys got the letter back from his Dr or not. And was always told “I’m not sure we can have our manager call you back. And then when i drive up there you guys just randomly drop him as a patient. It’s ridiculous and pathetic. Then still didn’t take the spacer out. When the letter said you guys would see him until the 20th. This was on the 10th of this month when i drove in. Doesn’t even matter i found a great dentist and i will be talking to a lawyer. Thanks"
"Absolutely Terrible Experience! We were referred here for caps by my son's regular dentist. My son has a toothache so we tried to get that fixed quickly. On the first visit, they did x-rays and a cleaning, which our dentist had already done. They said he needed at least 7 caps (on a 6 year old!), cavities filled on his front baby teeth (that he will lose this year), and teeth pulled. Our dentist friend said that seems excessive and we should get a second opinion. On the second appointment, they refused service because my fiancee brought him, even though he also brought him the first visit. On the third visit, my son's dad brought him. He mentioned we will be getting a second opinion about all of the caps but need to address the toothache. They had him wait 30 minutes passed the appointment time, then our son was back in the room by himself (because they don't allow parents back there!) for 10 minutes before they refused treatment. The dentist didn't like that we wanted a second opinion but wouldn't even say it herself, she continued to feed the receptionist the information and made her have to face the angry customer. It's extremely disappointing that this pediatric dentist thinks it's ok to let my son walk around with a toothache after we've been the office three times to fix it. Not to mention the work and school that was missed during this time. Unacceptable! ETA: Your response is not appropriate for our experience. We aren't worried that he is "unattended;" we wanted his parents to be present and were told no. And is pain not treated as an emergency? Then why were we turned away? All parents were in agreement that he needed immediate work done to fix toothaches, regardless if we wanted everything recommended. There's just no excuse for how we were treated and it's notable that no apology was present in the owner's response. Luckily, we found a dentist in Broad Ripple that we're very happy with!"
"I brought my older son here to get a dental procedure done on his cavities. Dr. Nicole was so understanding and helpful with the procedure that I decided to stick with this office. I’m so glad that I have because the dental assistants/hygienist are so kind and make my boys feel so comfortable."
"When you have kiddos that are special needs and immunocompromised, you really have to think long and hard about who you TRUST to take care of your kids. I’m sooooo happy that Dr Nicole and her staff SPECIALIZE in dentistry for children. I’ve been in there so many times. I can’t say my kiddos always go back with a smile, but they come out with a big one! That alone is a WIN for my family!"
"Love this office it’s super kids friendly. My kids like any other kid hate going to the dentist but here they feel comfortable going in the back room with the assistant because they enjoy being able to choose between the rooms with all the Disney characters, superheroes and minions on the walls in the rooms. I think their favorite part is the movies that they’re able to watch during their appt. I recommend trying this office out."
