Instead, after I ended the call and leaving them a voicemail, I got a text to my phone saying "sorry we missed your call, we're busy assisting another customer. Is there something we can discuss via text message". Come on, you ignored a phone call, to pick up another phone to TEXT ME......and you expect me to give detailed information over text??? Hard pass....."
