"I bought a car about 3 weeks ago at Tom Wood. When I first looked at it they hadn't had a chance to do any detailing or repair. The alignment was way off when I test drove it but I liked the car enough that I went ahead and put a deposit down with the assurance that they would fix and clean the car. When it was ready I picked it up but noticed that the alignment was still slightly off. I made an appointment with Michael who was very helpful despite having limited staffing and having to work with my schedule. I was finally able to bring the car in about 3 weeks out from originally purchasing the vehicle. Michael was able to get the car realigned and offered me no charge for the service as I had just bought it. He was hesitant at first as the alignment was only slightly off and didn't want me to be charged for a non issue. I went ahead and had them check it and it turns out it was off. Again, whole thing took about an hour and was very professional and overall a pleasant experience."
