"So ridiculously shady, unprofessional, and unfair. They should a car that they said was good running, only for me to find out that everything was wrong with the car. They made the vehicle exhaust loud so you didn't hear the problem. After the car was purchased, they ignored me and left me with a car that costed me over 6000 in repairs. Within a week of having the car, the engine started knocking, the wheel fell off, it was missing a stabilizer end link, and the was no AC (which I was told there was). All the 1 star reviews are true. I would never come back here and I hope nobody ever goes here or any of the shady Eads family stuff."
"DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. recently purchased a vehicle from the owners son and the work on the car was done here. The son had the paperwork for the work performed but he lost it. I tried to get in contact with this business to retrieve the paperwork for the labor performed since Dan told me he would email it to me. After reaching out to everyone and being ignored, it seems that no one wanted to try and help me. This business seriously needs to rethink the value of reputation because now, I would not recommend this place to anyone and this place is so ridiculously unfair and inconsiderate to those that they deal with. BEWARE!! Especially if you’re from out of town. The only thing that I did like about this place was Kenny. He is the only worker there that seems to care. If I could give this place 0 stars, I definitely would. The only reason there is a star is for Kenny."
