"Told them I wanted my old tires back. They were still in decent shape. Wanted them for a spare. Showed on paperwork but never happened"
"Went on 2 weeks ago to have my tires looked at because I was losing roughly 20psi in a 13 day time frame. Looked at my car for 5 minutes and told me they couldn't find a leak. They didn't fill the tires with air before checking them and hardly sprayed them at all. Needless to say today I'm getting new tires at a different shop because the Walmart auto service center doesn't actually do anything. If zero stars was possible that's what you would get rated."
"First time coming (at all to a Walmart for an oil change) and I was worried since it was 3:45 in the afternoon I figured they’d be too busy to take me- but they got me back right away, only took them 45 min tops and customer service was great from start to finish! They had their busy moments but I noticed great customer service to other Walmart customers too. Anthony B & Rozzell M were the gentlemen that helped me and they were great! 10/10 would recommend coming here for your car services"
"I called 7 times over three days. The one time they answered, I sat on hold for 11 minutes before I just gave up. Just showed up for a tire change and they acted irritated that I didn't have an appointment. I tried, but they never answer their phone."
"Hats off to Mark and Travis. They earned their pay trying to get my tire back on the rim after getting a hole patched. Beyond that, the department, as a whole seems, like an afterthought by Walmart. Making it more presentable, i.e. – sprucing up the area with fresh paint, better chairs, clean floor, better displays, and a more welcoming atmosphere would do wonders. Just small, inexpensive, changes could go a very long way. Judging by the other reviews, sounds like new management and additional training could also do some good. Just because the prices are low doesn't mean the service and quality must be also."
