"This business receives very high public recognition. Staff is friendly and efficient. Business does do excellent service. But getting on the schedule for service frequently seems rather extended - seems like a kind of a long waiting list. Business does most types of automotive repairs. Prices are very fair, reasonable. The business is advertised as having an excellent repair service warranty (which fortunately I have never needed activate). Staff is very congenial and efficient. Once I encountered an individual in management that was kind of difficult towards me. But I just accessed it as him having a bad day. Not really that big of negative but I was left annoyed. Otherwise, there is NO BETTER auto repair service in Kokomo."
