"Been a patient for several years each year there is a totally new staff. There is zero compassion or conversation after exam and x-ray they don't schedule your future appts at the time of your exam anymore they simply email you a plan without explanation. After exam No appts were set by staff as in past years. So I called & I was informed I could not receive fillings that were paid for by INS until I went through a periodontal cleaning that is very expensive and not paid by INS. The receptionist was dead silent as I asked to speak to the dentist she did not respond.. please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere there is still better care out there we should not have to deal with this type of treatment in any medical setting. What a shame that people dealing with the public seem to care very little for the people they serve."

How amazing is it I fell right into their laps and didn’t have to try several before we hit it off? I’ve been cared for by Dr. M. Fraiz, Dr. Griffith, Dr. Weiner, Amanda, Nelly, Simmie, and of course the super staff who help you out when you arrive and depart. I think they must have fairy dust in the office ventilation which makes everyone happy and kind. In today’s world, happy and kind can be difficult to come across. "I really like it here! Everyone’s cool, and Nelly, the dentist I usually see is super sweet and kind! And so were the dentists who worked on me today and I’m sorry, but the sedation pills had me out of it so to be honest I don’t know who worked on me, but I remember Sailor Moon was already up on screen before I sat down and for that a huge thank you, that was very thoughtful and I appreciate it. It’s funny because I remember every bit of Sailor Moon that I watched today during my appointment, but I don’t remember any of the appointment lol. But I do remember my first appointment when I went to the first part of my deep cleaning. I took sedation pills for that as well, but I think my anxiety was just too strong for it that day because the pills had done nothing. But thanks to Nelly and her being so kind I think I’m over my fear of the dentist. I still get anxious the night before, but the second time I took the pills, I was out. I don’t remember that visit at all. Same as todays, so I’m taking that as a good sign of me no longer being so scared and anxious to see the dentist. My body isn’t completely tense when I walk through those doors anymore so I can just chill and enjoy the ride with some Sailor Moon."
