"I came and went to one of the automatic bays and my car had soap all over. I had to pull in and pay to rinse it myself after and then just for that they may put a $10 hold on card. I should have went to the other and I wouldn't have spent so much plus wasted time."

"This place is a real freaking dump! I can pee harder than the pressure it had on the high pressure soap. I switched it to the wax and nothing at all. Do not embarrass your vehicle by even pulling in here. It totally sucked and I am passed. Close it down or sell it to someone that might care."

"I went to vacuum my car out on 10/16/23 I used my debit card & didn’t realize they had a sign up on the side “Stating” Your financial institution may put a $10 hold on your card for 72 hrs. It’s now 10/19/23 well past 72hrs & it still says pending. My bank can’t do anything because it’s still says pending. I tried calling NO answer. I will NEVER go back there. I could have used that $10 at Key Wash & got a free vacuum."

"I used the do it yourself bay. I put in .75, it didn't register and was stuck in the tube. I went to another bay and I put in a quarter and the same thing happened. I was able to get into another bay and finally getting the job done. It cost me $7 to do it myself and it took me about 15 minutes."

"I paid selected the $15 wash, this is what my vehicle looked like AFTER going through the wash…. It’s awful! There are parts where the brush didn’t even touch…. Like the back window. I called and got a message so I left a message for them and have yet to hear anything. And although I selected the $15 wash, only $10 was charged to my card…. Even for $10 this is a terrible waste of money. Will NEVER go there again."
