"Our refrigerator went out over the weekend and I was desperate to find a replacement - and one that would fit. American Rental seemed to be the only place (between Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buys and more) that had one in stock, could be delivered immediately (key!!) and a size that would fit the opening (double key point!!). The manager, Ken, immediately jumped into action and was rescheduling the delivery schedule to make sure I would be at the top of the list based simply on a text message to the store. When we came into the store with our measurements, he personally took the time to help us double and triple measure the unit to ensure it will fit. Being two weeks before Christmas and money tight, he worked with us to make sure we got what we needed and could afford the holidays still. This store is likely under appreciated for their service to the community and willingness to jump into action especially when it is a need-situation. Thank you Ken, Dena and staff!!"
