"Scheduled a service time. 6 hrs later they had not touched the car. Tried to contact after 4hrs through recommended text system. No reply. Called 2 hrs later. Waited for 8 mins only to be told someone would call me later. Received call and was told no one had worked on the car. Walked from work to pick up car. If someone other than Ashely would like to contact me to fix this, it would be great."

"I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was in the market for a car and had looked at a few on their website. I called ahead to make sure the vehicles were still available. The lady said yes. So I drove 45 minutes out there only to find out both vehicles couldn’t be sold. They said the manufacturer needed to fix something before it could be sold. Why advertise the car on your site if you can’t sell it? Once I found out those weren’t available they began to show me other cars. The price listed online is not what you will pay. They have so many added fees and charges they tack on. They weren’t willing to negotiate the price of the vehicle at all, nor take off any of the $2,000+ in fees. You’re much better off going to a different dealership. You’ll get MORE for you’re money somewhere else."
