"This office is very busy... apparantly anyway. I wanted to schedule my check up, several times but always full. They called several months later, asked if I'd like to schedule, I said sure! Did so, then 2 weeks later, on day of appointment, they call and ask why I'm scheduled?! I'm sorry, but knowing your patient hasn't been there, doesn't seem like rocket science. After we discovered it wasn't 2018 anymore, was told I didn't have insurance, and could I provide information if I did. Feel like office is failing this business. Just my opinion, I will find one that takes care of patient's records."
