"Caliber has 1600 locations. They obviously do something right. We hit a deer, insurance covered the repairs. The people doing work here can do a good job, I think they’re rushed, and the small details get glossed over. They’re more concerned with sales goals than doing a great job, and on that note they did a good job, but I still had to point out a run in the clear coat, there’s pain in the washer nozzles, and the hood alignment was off. The manager was very “it’ll be ok, don’t worry”. Overall it was a fine experience, and there was potential for a great experience, but the corporate model got in the way. I’m guessing they’re under staffed and there’s pressure to hit sales goals, which is fine, but I shouldn’t be able to tell."
