"i had my car towed here in october after my transmission failed. they gave me ample time to assess the situation so i could figure out how exactly i wanted to proceed from there. they even offered to take a look over the next car i get for free. they were very accommodating & understanding with me when i wasn’t able to get a duplicate made of the title due to a lien being placed when i went into the bmv. i was practically in tears when i called & informed them this because i really felt like i was at my wits end. they had my car towed to my residence, in trade for the fairly new battery that was inside of it, which for me, was a godsend. i stopped back by in December, to see if they could take a look at a car i was borrowing from my mom & i was beyond surprised when i opened the door & the woman behind the desk greeted me by name. i’ve honestly never been more impressed with someone’s customer service skills. ever. fantabulous. not to mention, they even replaced a couple of the coils on this car, free of charge. solid 10/10."

I received a quote of $3000 in repairs from a tire store on the front end of my Jeep. It has 240,000 miles. I asked Dave at Hughes Custom Tune-Up to take a look at it.
