I brought my mom here for the first time today and she loved her nails. She got French SNS dip powder and absolutely loved them, she unfortunately forgot to get her lady's name. "Booked two mani pedis. Myself and my husband. His were fine. My pedicure was great. They didn’t seem to know what milk nails were and said they had to do a full set of acrylic to achieve that color. I didn’t really mind at all so I agreed but I still wanted a manicure, with a focus on my cuticles. Instead I got terribly crooked nails, and absolutely NO manicure. I watched my husband get a manicure and I agreed to a more expensive service with my manicure and he just didn’t give me a manicure. He could tell I wasn’t happy but as soon as he shaped the nails there was no fixing it without taking them off which I didn’t even feel like sitting for, but I wish I had just had them taken off and not had anything done bc now I’ll have to go pay to have them taken off and actually get a real manicure.
