"I initially had called Mireya to see if she could wax my eyebrows and she said she could. However, when I went in she was busy doing someone else’s hair. She had told me that her sister could wax my eyebrows. I accepted because usually Mireya did my eyebrows very well. Therefore, I trusted Mireya that her sister was good at what she was doing. However, after that eyebrow waxing never again ! One of my eyebrows had been half waxed off and the other was seemed like a wavy eyebrow. I literally went out crying and still paid for the full service because they didn’t offer me discount or anything after the incident!"

"I'm new the area working and i was looking for somewhere to get my hair colored I called early this morning to schedule an appointment and we agreed on noon I got there at noon and I was asked to sit in my car and they would come get me that part I'm not upset about what I am upset about as I have sat here for almost an hour and no has even bothered to come outside to say anything to me or to offer maybe a different time to return and for an appointment I should not have had to wait this long to be seen. I feel as though it was very rude and disrespectful of them to expect me to wait this long and then not to even have the courtesy to come say anything to me or to offer anything to accommodate my inconvenience of having to sit out in my car for so long."
