"We were traveling through Indiana and stopped at a gas station off the highway to fill up. While doing so, my dog locked us out of the car. We went in and bought a lockout kit and then saw a wonderful tow driver (farmer???) he walked over and helped my husband to unlock the jeep on his own time. He was the funniest and sweetest man and we were so blessed to run into him! He most definitely went above and beyond to provide great service to someone who was not even a customer but definitely would be in the future. I would highly recommend. Thanks again!"

"They have a worker John that is extremely disrespectful. Parks his tow truck wherever he wants to to try to help people out in their cars without even attaching a winch. But then says he’s got the car attached to the winch and he can park wherever he wants. Just Rude and disrespectful. I could not get to my hospice job because he argued with me for 20 minutes about moving his truck. But then after I took a video of him, he just moved it. his winch was never attached to anything as he rolled it up. He literally just got in the other person’s car and was trying to drive it out while leaving his tow truck, blocking an entire street. A girl went off the road trying to go around him. And we got yelled at for not driving big trucks and told to shut up."

"John is the man. He showed up quicker than expected and was very helpful even though he was obviously very tired and appeared to have already had a long day. Took the car to where I asked him to and even took me home. I told him he should take off and I could just call my wife but he asked where I lived and said it was on his way home. Outstanding service for a reasonable price. Highly recommend but hope you never need this service :-)!!"

"Tow truck driver was extremely helpful after I blew a couple tires on a pothole. He arrived much quicker than was estimated over the phone and even drove me to a nearby hotel after dropping my car off at Walmart. They made a very difficult situation a whole lot easier, and I am incredibly grateful for their service!"
