"I did not have the chance to use your business as when we stopped by at 5:20 PM the ladies in West Lafayette told my kids and I that they cannot take anyone else even though nobody was getting a haircut at that time and they were closing at 6:00PM. They told us to come back the second day but my kids are in school and finishing after 5:00PM, with the after school activities. Why not just adjusting the schedule to 5 o’clock since they were not taking anymore else way before the closing time? Very disappointed as I felt like I interrupted them from watching a tv show or something. They are definitely loosing clients…"
