"The correct answer regarding recommending to others is, "Maybe." The experience started badly and didn't much improve through days during which it unfolded. I called for information on a warning light and safety to drive. The phone tree experience was horrible. I was on hold, for service then recycled back to the first greeting, before giving up, hanging up and trying again. This time i reached someone who couldn't help, took a message, and after 2 hours I had not received a call back. Then, during service it was discovered that my AWD warning was caused by faulty sensors. At 30,000 miles this seemed like a premature failure and not up to my expectations of Acura reliability. Nevertheless, I authorized replacement and waited about 5 hours. I then was informed that during sensor removal, they had been broken and service needed to keep the car. So, I drove home in a loner. As a sidelight, after being required to give a credit card for the loaner (not withstanding that the dealer had my car), I was assured no charges would be incurred. Then, because of alerts I have set, I found that $200 had been sent through on my AmEx. Two days later the car was ready and I returned to the dealer to puck it up. So far, so good on the repair, but the experience was much less than satisfactory, as was incurring the several hundred dollar repair cost for an obviously premature failure."
"The service was good, but I had asked some questions regarding my navigation screen going blank and I wanted a price on the extended warranty. I never received the call back so I had to call again. Then I was told I need to schedule another appointment to address the problem of the screen going blank. I received one phone call regarding the extended warranty which we were unable to talk at that time, and I have yet to receive another call back."
"Service has improved dramatically with Ryan and Matt leading the efforts. Would have been a 5 star rating if not for one little hiccup involving calling me to confirm that the car was ready for pickup. For the first time in awhile a good experience with Muller's service department."

"Can’t give 5 stars because of these reasons: 1. Receptionist is not a friendly and polite person. She hang up the phone on me several times. When she answered she sounded like I was an inconvenience to her. I saw her doing the same when I was paying my bill. As she rolls her eyes and said “oh my god please stop calling” picks up the phone and hangs up not good business. Specially when she is the first person a customer encounters. 2. Service writer was not efficient and was not clear of any of the issues I presented while I was there. He simply just handed me the bill and that was it. This dealership offers a full inspection when your car is in service. I have to ask him about it he didn’t even have the the multipoint inspection copy and neither offer to go thru it. This location has a text message platform to communicate with your service writer he never answer any of my texts. I do realize he was busy, but take the time to acknowledge the customer. As for good stars: I do have to say the service director is always addressing any issues I have with my car and tries to fit me in when possible. He is polite and efficient. The new system they have in place is good. As they take pictures when your car arrives in case there is any discrepancies. And I like that. Some changes are good and some are not so great."
