"I have never stayed in a room as disgusting as the one I stayed in here. I read the reviews before setting my reservation for one night since I was coming into town for a concert. When I went to check in, they did not have it in their system. I had went through Expedia. Then i showed them the email confirmation and they still charged me more for a double bed room then the price that was on my reservation. Then when I walked in, there was a weird smell, the walls and carpets are stained. The mirrors have streaks and I dont even know what else on them. The bathroom is absolutely gross. I wasn't even comfortable using the toilet. There is something spattered all over ALL of the walls. Im actually suprised the beds aren't nasty and stained. I can't believe this place is still in business and charging what they are."

"I requested a non-smoking room upstairs, and was assigned Room 212 by the night time manager. He assured me it was non-smoking. But when I entered the room, it was full of cigarette smoke stench everywhere ! I called the front desk manager to complain and ask for another room. He apologized about the cigarette smoke smell, and he told me that was the only non-smoking room upstairs available. So I ended up staying there, after trying to air out. Second problem - - the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet bowl. It was loose. The next morning I complained to the front desk staff member about both problems."

"Very friendly front desk. Mona was instead very helpful and respectful as we checked in. The rooms very newly renovated and looked modern. Come here if you want a good experience with good rooms"

"It was very clean, simple, and everyone was very nice and helpful. No issues with the room, smelled good and very clean. Quiet too. Heard a few doors closing but nothing that disturbed us. New owners and remodeling will just make it better. Close to everything we wanted to do and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again."

"The staff was super friendly and the process of checking in was very easy. We stayed downstairs and the room was newly renovated. You can tell they did a lot of work to the place it was really nice. A great place to stay definitely would recommend. Has has all the basic needs great bed nice shower awesome tv. Very clean and felt very safe. Looks like they're still in the process of renovating some of the rooms but the ones that are done are awesome."
