"I worked for Mandy and literally awful. I had to ask her to pay me which should’ve been my first red flag. I wasn’t making money so I got another job and let her know I could work on the weekends which she had told me she was fine with. A few months later she texted me saying she wanted someone with more availability and that she was taking me off the schedule. Which is fine whatever but then I asked her to send me my statements and she refused and was very rude. She finally did and after going over everything she had owed me over $300. When I let her know this she didn’t believe me and I had sent her all the proof. She then proceeded to say I was stealing from her and was gonna get financial karma…I literally have all the proof and she’s stating I’m stealing from her when it’s the money that I’ve earned and am owed. I finally got the money but it took months. She is very rude not only to me but to customers. I honestly do not know how she even runs the business she has no idea what she’s doing. And I am not the only employee who has had payment issues from her either. Would not recommend anyone to giver her your business."

"I highly recommend MXM for facials. Mandy is the best with her hands and even though I had a facial, I felt like I had a full body massage. It was so invigorating and relaxing at the same time. I had the microdermabrasion facial and I am definitely going back! Place was clean and atmosphere is relaxed. Love the heated table as well."

"She's a very nice person, easy to talk to. I had eyelash extensions and brow coloring. Never had either one. She took her time to help me feel at ease. Like I said, very nice. When I was about to leave, I noticed my lashes above left eye (mostly)were tangled but i didn't say anything. I just asked if mascara can be used, she said, " only oil free makeup and a little bit". She then gave me a dry mascara brush and told me to brush from middle of lash and upward as to "roll" them. This gave me the impression that my lashes will not stay that way, WELL, THEY DID!!! They looked clumpy and they had excess glue. Glue keeps falling off and went in my eye. I had to keep digging it out. Eyes were swollen from it. I contacted Mandy about it and all she said was, "please don't pull off your lashes" with other pieces of advice. I again asked her if she was going to help me get these off me eyes and I got no response. I just wanted advice on how to make them look better.....geez Don't let this discourage you from going to her but don't leave until everything looks right."
