"Update: I emailed them and they refunded me. Ok so at first the hairdresser who was cutting my hair was really nice. I told her where I wanted my hair cut and that I wanted LONG layers in the BACK and framed by my face. Well, she became legit cutter happy and cut my hair SHORTER than I said I wanted!!! I couldn't see because I had to take my glasses off! And when I tried to put my glasses on during..she said "oh I can't cut with your glasses on. Huh? She butchered my hair. It's about 2 inches higher than shoulder length which I asked for. Then she attempted to put more layers in the front and I told her NO! I don't want layers in the front..she she then said "well I have to, that's how it's supposed to be". Excuse me? It's supposed to be HOW I WANT IT TO BE! Think her name was Star. I was charged $20 (which over the phone the other lady told me it's $18). FYI, she cut off a little more than 8 inches and I only wanted 6 inches!!"

"Thank You So Much for ruining my little brothers self confidence. Now hes crying in bed complaining because he got a bad haircut. Im Very Dissatisfied. This place should get shut down. Mainly because they dont listen to what kind of cut you want, a year ago I asked for a fade and the lady just buzzed it and left it like that. 0/10"

"I went for a simple trim. Oh my, It was chopped and I have the WORST haircut of my life and that includes the crappie cuts my mom use to give me as a kid! I have gotten better cuts from this place in the past and was very disappointed with not only the cut but the service was terrible. I went with my daughter and we were very rushed. It was not a good experience for either one of us. Her cut wasn't much better than mine was either."

"The worker who trimmed my hair ruined it. she thinned my hair to the point that I look like I was experiencing hair loss. I went to two places to try and get it fixed and What the lady had done to my hair left workers at both places speechless with how reckless and incompetent she was trying to trim something as simple as an inch and a half of my hair. I suggest the lady who did this finds a new career as the photo below gives a good hint that this one isn’t for you. Plus she was rude"
