"I never had so much luck with finding the right salon for me but this has been the "WORST" salon I even been. First, I bought a groupon deal under Panche Salon, tried calling them but they wont take the voucher anymore. Found out that they closed that salon and opened a new one (eclipse salon). Marissa is non stop posting to advertise her business that caught my attention and they were offering 50% off for new clients. Who doesn't like such deal right? Marissa offered to price match the groupon deal I bought plus 20% off. wow!!! Who can resist. Before setting up an appointment I have told her that I wanted a full hair color, highlights and hair cut. Even showed her pictures of what I wanted done. Not only she didnt color my hair right the cut she made was totally unacceptable. When I complained on how my hair didnt turn out good she kept staying that it was because groupin deal was only for partial highlights when it was clearly says it is for conditions, full hair color, highlights and style. That was the first time I cried after getting my hair done. Pls dont fall for a cheap service. I went to an another salon the following day to have my hair fixed and it cost me over 150 but well worth every penny. Btw she did not let me.pay anything although I left them some tips coz she wanted to redo my hair which I agreed but changed my mind which was the best to thing I have done. This lady message me saying 77 dollars is only for partial highlights which is a total BS. Not good service!"
"I paid $200 for a color & keratin treatment. I was told that with my hair washing schedule, the keratin treatment would last 4 months. How surprised was I that it washed out on the first wash?! The stylist that performed the treatment (Marisa) ironed my hair in large chunks & did not section it out for ironing in large sections when she did the treatment, which I think may be why it didn’t last. I contacted the salon via phone & left a message which was not returned. I then attempted to contact the salon via Facebook & instead of answering me, I was blocked. I then contacted the BBB for resolution only to be told there were no refunds after a week! How can I get it refunded when they block me & won't return calls?? Do NOT use this salon - they are unprofessional & a ripoff!"
"An absolutely horrifying experience. The stylist that I saw was very friendly, but she totally screwed my hair up. The top half of my hair was bright orange and the bottom half was purple. I just wanted to cry. She colored it for a second time and all it did was just lighten the colors. She said she could try to fix it again and I just wanted to leave by that point. I was so upset that I even forgot her name. It was my first and last visit there."
"First time here today. Marissa colored and highlighted my hair and a trim and blow dry. She was professional and pleasant. Took her half the time I used to spend to get similar done. Very pleased and will def be back. It's also very pretty and spacious inside."
"WORST SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. If I could rate the salon with a 0 or no stars I would. I went to this salon to treat myself and have a relaxing day. My experience was ANYTHING BUT THAT. I waited nearly 40 minutes because they over booked. The woman I had an appointment with didn’t greet me or apologize for being behind schedule. Once I go into the chair I showed pictures of what I wanted and specifically said I did not want my hair cut. Well, she cut my hair and I got the “Rachel” haircut, a trend popular in 1999 not what was in any of my 2017 pictures I showed her. In addition, I received chunky highlights. Again, NOT what I asked for. The highlight bleed through the foil and my highlights are spotty like ppl-a-dots at the top. When I left the salon I realized the toner left my hair blue. Legitimately blue. I contacted the stylist RIGHT AWAY and heard nothing back. After a couple weeks living with this hair I finally worked up the courage to go into the salon and complain and they did NOTHING for me. I was asked, “what do you want me to do about it” from the stylist. I asked for the manager and she reference that I may have done my hair myself and took no ownership to the botched job. No apology, no ownership, nothing but blaming, excuses and poor professionalism. The absolute worst service of my life!!! You couldn’t pay me to go back there! I’m not one to go back and complain. It took a lot of courage for me to go back in there and say that I was unsatisfied. Hair stylist are artists and I respect their work. It was unfortunate how this was handled."
