"I had been a loyal customer to summer for around 5 years up until I moved to Florida. I just needed a root touch-up, not all over blonde. Summer had told me she was booked, so I asked her if anyone there would be able to do my hair. She sent me Melissa's number, and I set the appointment. Well, immediately, when I sat down in the chair, I told her what I wanted. I said I just want a lot of foils right down the middle. I didn't want to be there all day as I'm only in town for 5 days. Melissa didn't listen to anything I said she started putting foils in the very back of my head and told me it wouldn't look right if she didn't put more highlights throughout my hair. Anytime I questioned Melissa she said ive never had someone doubt me Melissa had me facing away from the mirror. I couldn't see anything she was doing until I finally said, "Can you please turn me around?" I've never had my head foiled without seeing what the hair stylist is doing! So she became very rude and said I can't reach my product! So I held all my doubts inside. Finally, I said, "Can you please go get summer to make sure this is right. Summer comes over. Yeah, this looks like it's going to turn out fine.. I shut up and let her keep going even though I knew she was getting too big of chunks to be anywhere near close to my scalp to cover up my roots! (Again the only reason I'm at the salon) she left product on my hair for over an hour so I get up and say Melissa can you come check to make sure it's not getting fried. She comes over and says I can just wash this all out now, and you can leave, and we can be done with this! I said, "Serious!? You just put the bleach on the top of my head. It will be yellow orange if you wash it out now. So she leaves it on for another 20 min, and she just now realized when she washed it out, she was nowhere near my roots. That she just fried my hair. So she knew I wasn't, so she brought summer over, and I said summer, "Can you please fix this. She gets her tablet ummm hmm I won't be able to fix it today.. hmm, yeah, I'm booked the whole week you're here, actually! I never would have booked with a stranger if I had even the slightest feeling that summer wouldn't correct it if need be. Guess she never really liked me as a customer. I would absolutely never let someone leave my establishment with what I was given. Do yourself a favor and go to cache Lauren they had time to fix my hair and even had some compassion for me! Cache Lauren salon Scosha is fixing my hair, and she said it's severely burnt in the middle and will probably break off. I just am in shock! I would've never thought summer to be that cold and could careless about her clients. I didn't even have to write all of this the photos speak volumes"
