"I purchased a car from Frankie's almost 2 months ago. The process was pretty easy and the price was fair. A few weeks after I purchased the car, the "new car" smell started to wear off and the car smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. When I called they told me I could try changing the air filter, but that was it. Now I need to pay extra for an ozone treatment. If I had known someone had smoked in the vehicle, I absolutely would not have purchased it."

"My in person experience was good but after that was total confusion. I went on a Friday and was told for the car I was interested in I needed a large down payment or a co-signer. The next Tuesday I called and said I have the down payment for the vehicle and was told I will receive a call back with info on what the monthly payments would be. Once called back, I was then told no on the down payment only a co-signer and also was told to look at a different vehicle on the lot that WOULD take the down payment and even gave me an estimate of the monthly payments. I asked how much exactly would the payments be and was told I would get a call back within 20 minutes. 2 hours later I received a call back saying no to the down payment AGAIN and only a co-signer. I took my down payment elsewhere and got a car that evening. I’m not sure if the same bank that wanted to work with me on Friday was the same bank being spoken to both of these times on Tuesday. I got the run around and was on a major time crunch. Hopefully no one will have to go through this trouble."
