"I’m not sure what has changed, but this location has gone downhill since 2021 or so. Pumps are always down, card readers never work, not much maintenance to the building. I’m assuming they are letting it fall this way because nothing has been done. Even the sign has said DWAY for over a year, SPEE doesn’t even work. Exxon Mobil is far better, pumps work, never out of ice and always clean"

"Terrible, rude, uncalled for experience with Rachael and Evan last night. Asked for manager, Evan said he was. Well he isn't. Asked for Corp ph# he gave me the Mastercard #. Ended up calling # on their website. Talked to very nice rep. Took my info. I have a case# pending review. We have never had an issue with this speedway location. I didn't think to video tape it, I should have. This needs to be resolved with the owner or corp. Corp. A shame to have those 2 dealing with customers."

"Cashier with brown hair and glasses, the most sour attitude I’ve seen from someone who works in customer service. Being a manager myself and have worked in the customer services industry for 10+ this girl should be on probation or terminated immediately. Jen the manager mocked me with a very passive aggressive tone, so getting through to anyone who works at that location is impossible. You will not be heard and your business means nothing to them. I called her rude to her face as well hoping she will understand her actions have consequences. It’s okay to look elsewhere for employment if being a cashier doesn’t suit you."

"This is the only store that can have eight people working at once and only one register being ran. Line of people halfway back of store. The Walmart of gas stations."

"They owe me $20 at this point... The cashier, (a guy with bushy hair)charged my card twice and then told me my card declined when it didn't! Manager said I would get money back but I'm still waiting after 3 days..."
