"I messaged m and m for a problem with my hub bearings on a Sunday, which is a day they are closed, recieved a message shortly after on that same day saying they could get me in the next day on Monday. I was surprised and grateful they could so quickly. The repair itself was done fairly quickly and done correctly. Fair price, quick response, timely repair! This was my second time to m and m and would definitely come back should any other problems arise with my truck."

"I noticed a scraping noise coming from my front wheel and M&M Dyer charged me $55 to let me know I needed to replace my wheel bearings ($858.30) because the "wheels could seize up at any time." I had had the car's wheel bearings replaced already so I thought I should get a second opinion. I brought the car to another shop and, when I asked about replacing the wheel bearings, the mechanic started laughing and told me that all the wheels spun freely. The problem was that a clip that held my brake pad had come loose, resulting in a scraping sound. That shop's total bill was just under $60, to put the brake pad back securely and evaluate the car honestly. I waited months to write this review, just in case the second shop was wrong and my wheels did seize up, but I've had no trouble and no odd noises from the car since that time. I used to bring my car to this garage before it was bought by M&M. If you take your car to M&M I'd definitely recommend a second opinion. And, if M&M recommends service, by all means wait to schedule it. After a few days they'll send you an email message to take 15% percent off the total cost. Buyer beware!"

Jeff was great & explained the recommendations for my car throughly. I loved that they send you a written estimate of cost too prior to paying because that is very helpful to have for the future. "Had my car for 3 weeks. If I hadn’t called twice and went in there twice during that time they would probably still have it. Drove my car, which had no brakes and put it in the weeds in the back lot. In those weeds they have a snow plow which damaged my bumper. They said they would be doing an extensive test drive due to the work done. Car had the same mileage when I picked it up as it did when I dropped it off. No test drive! Also paid for a used car inspection which didn’t happen. No feedback on anything else needed or checked on car. Also asked for All parts back. They showed me two calipers and one old rotor…no brake hoses, pads or other rotor. Paid for brake fluid flush, the brake fluid reservoir is still filthy. Asked about a shuttle ride service…nothing. Had to get a ride back later at night to pick up car. They were supposed to check the AC also, that didn’t happen. Won’t be going back there again."
