"NEVER have I ever had an issue in this store, but Nancy T. (the cashier) is RUDE. All I asked Nancy T. to do was please place some of their wrapping paper for fragile items in my bag so that I can wrap my items when I am ready to store them. While placing items in my cart I noticed her wrapping the items. I said, “oh, you don’t have to do that, you’ve got a line and I don’t want to hold the line up, you can just place the paper in the bag, but I appreciate it.” Instead of saying, “ok, thank you,” she responded, “well you said you wanted them wrapped, you weren’t specific so I was wrapping them.” If you refer to my statement I asked her to put the paper in the bag, I NEVER asked her to wrap my items. In fact the items I requested paper for should have been wrapped, but Nancy T. decided to place them in a bag without wrapping them which is why I asked for the paper. She needs a position where she doesn’t have to work with people because as I was walking away she was rude to the elderly woman behind me. She will be the person that causes a scene because not everyone will see past or ignore her rudeness. I will NEVER allow her to serve me again. To Nancy T., when working in retail it is unnecessary to be rude or snippy with any customer ESPECIALLY when they have been kind and pleasant. I don’t know what went on or could be going on in your personal life, but I pray that things get better for you because the attitude that you presented was rude and inappropriate, especially for your work environment. As humans we have bad days, but it should NEVER for any reason be acceptable to ruin someone else’s day because you aren’t having a good day. To Nancy T’s Manager, I highly recommend retraining Nancy T. and maybe giving her another position to fill in the store if this is her everyday attitude. Maybe she is pleasant in front of management, but an employees true character shows when they are working with customers. Consider hiring secret shoppers, maybe then you will see who and what you employ."

"1 star for the workers and their customer Service. They are so eager to kick people out when it’s almost closing time that they are rude to you. I was in the next isle 30 minutes before they closed when I heard the workers talking about kicking customers out and that they should have told people they were closed instead of giving them the 30 minute warning. Pure ignorance. I used to compare this place to Chick fil a in the customer service category and now it’s just a bunch of older people who hate their lives. I don’t expect a “you too”, but when I genuinely wish them to have a good night, I definitely don’t expect an “uh huh” paired with zero eye contact and an attitude."

"Rude management and poor customer service! Has gone downhill for sure! I purchased some feathers in the floral section on a Saturday that were far too overpriced IMO but the cashier told me I could bring my receipt back on Monday (when they went on sale) for a price adjustment! On Tuesday, I went in the store and attempted to do just that but was told I had to bring the physical items in. They’re on top of my 10 foot tree already arranged with tags off bc I was going by what the original cashier said. Manager refused to honor what her employee said, citing she is new. Poor customer service. Will avoid at all cost now."

"Bought a train table for my toddler and got home and some of the parts were broken! This has never happened to me before so I was caught off guard. Called the store and spoke with Britney - she was great! Met me at the front- told me to exchange the item and even let me check it to make sure there were no broken parts/missing pieces before I left and drove back home. Seems like not a big deal, but to the moms with toddlers, it’s a HUGE deal. Will definitely be back!"
