"They had to check mileage to see if they still delivered to my area. They didn’t have nor had any idea as to whether they could get the washer/dryer set on website. They were suppose to do some checking and get back to me and that was over 5-days ago. They offered me a used washer. I asked for Ricky and they stated he was no longer there and listening to the shouting back and forth with me on the phone it was very unprofessional. Ricky may have been disliked by a few customers but Bestway appears to have been more professional when he was there."

"I do not recommend this place to anyone. I initially wanted a stove and I end up finding another one so I called to cancel mind you this was back in September, I never got my refund and we are looking at a month later. I called a lady there every week and she kept giving me the run around about a manager calling me back etc. never did, she began to holler at me, saying “I’m calling every day” well this is my money and yall didn’t have a problem with taking it. Horrible customer service!!! This place will close I bet you that."
