"I really tried with this office, because it is convenient to my home, but I am leaving after 3 cleanings/check up visits because they have NEVER been able to honor the appointment they made 6 months out, they have trouble billing the insurance every time and expect me to fix it for them (or just pay out of pocket) and the hygienist has zero compassion for the pain she causes doing cleanings. If the doctor was great, I'd probably stick around, but I see him for 20 seconds each time and he doesn't really look at anything (in the past my dentist has always checked for decay or soft spots either before or after the cleaning). After the latest "we aren't open on the date of your appointment" call, I cancelled the appointment and I'm looking for a new dentist. If you're not here for an extraction or implant, keep looking!"
