"Hi, unfortunately prepaid for earlobe repair. Very nice atmosphere and nice office help. However, my initial reconstruction surgery was pushed back twice and now my follow up to get my stitches taken out has also been rescheduled another few weeks out. Had I known this from the beginning I would have not purchased and prepaid for my service. Each time I question why my appointments been canceled they told me due to unforeseen circumstances? I’m really not sure what that means but it shouldn’t affect the person waiting to have their prepaid services finished"

The environment is welcoming and calming with soft lights and muted colors accenting the spacious and comfortable waiting area. Staff are pleasant, friendly and personable. Drs McCollum are receptive to patient needs and concerns and put one at ease early on. When I arrived for my recent periodontal maintenance appointment, my dental hygienist was ready for me and began to work with me right away.
