"Doesn't deserve this 1 star...has had my jacket several times. Apparently this time for keeps. Had had my jacket since pre-pandemic promised he would not close. Been in recent contact but still unfulfilled promises. I would like my jacket!"

"The owner is a career military veteran and he is SO NICE. And his work is excellent. He is courteous as well. He actually called me personally to let me know that he was taking a few hours off for his grandaughter's birthday party - didn't want me to come by looking for my repaired shoes while he was away. ALSO....I read a review that the place was "a mess". I wouldn't trust a shoe repair store that was tidy and clean!!! I've never seen one! Will definitely re-visit."

"I dropped off my shoes in May and I never heard from the owner since. I have called and the phone line is disconnected and I have stopped in 3 times and nobody is there. Terrible experience so far. I have already paid for the shoes and I still have not gotten them back after 2 months. If you know how to get a hold of him let me know...."
