"Flat out refused to do a very minor repair on a wallet that any shoe repair place worth anything would do in 5 minutes. I was ready to offer up to $20 in cash if he did it right then and there. It is like this guy wants to fail for turning down easy work when he has a bunch of one-star ratings. I wasted my time, and I will never go back there again."

"Very disappointed. 2 weeks ago I dropped my shoes to have new heels put on. I called a week later like the gentleman said and he said he needs a little more time a lot of shoes. What an excuse. I waited to call until after the Thanksgiving holiday and now no answer for 2 days. You can’t leave a message mailbox full. The owner could not wait to collect my $20 dollars. So now since all of the bad reviews I may have lost $20 and my shoes. Very disappointed!!! Well I called back finally the owner answered. I gave him a description of my shoes and the ticket number. Waited 10 minutes he said he will call me back can’t find the shoes???? Oh my if this isn’t irresponsible I don’t know . I will have to go there and if he can’t find them I will have to ask for my 20$ back."

"Very irresponsible. I brought a light pair of shoes to be stretched. I informed him to please handle with care for to the color. New shoes never worn. Picked up glue on the side. How do you get glue on doors if they are being stretched. He blamed on the maker of the shoe. I was fit to be tied. Will never ever ever go back... No accountability."

"This is the third pair of boots I had worked on here the first two I had no issues. I paid $80 to have vintage boots resoled and specifically left instructions not to polish and ruin the patina. I was told to come back next Tuesday five times ( 5 weeks later). When I came back they were polished and totally ruined the vibe of these boots from 1959. Owner didn’t seem to care at all. Not professional at all."

"I tried this gentleman out, with a pair of boots to replace the heel area that was worn out inside of them. Had the first pair done in a week on time, so I brought them more pairs to fix because they were done quick and good for the price. The other pairs he told me about 2 weeks, so I came back in 2 weeks and the boot's never moved off his shelf, he asked for another week so I came back in another week and they again weren't even moved. So I gave him to the end of that week and I waited 2 days after the weekend to pick my boots up and he hadn't touched them yet. Had to get my money back and now I have to find another place to do the repairs. I had high hopes after the first experience, not after this."
