"Nice selection of clothes, shoes & purses but the customer service is HORRIBLE! When i walked in, there were 2 employees on the floor but they were doing hair & one had her pregnant belly out like she was in a maternity photoshoot! (Since when do they allow employees to show those type of body parts?) They were on the phone with men holding conversations as if they weren’t at work. I took this picture (the best i could) as proof! I usually don’t care but at least do your job and acknowledge us PAYING customers."

"Stopped by here a few days ago while at the mall. While they have a great selection of clothes, shoes, accessories....the customer service is VERY POOR. No one speaks, no one greets you, no one asks if you need any help. I left, and will not be spending my money in a place where everyone who works there seem cold. No thank you! - this is for the Merrillville location."
