Goodwill Store 10499 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46229

"Wow, this is definitely the best Goodwill I have ever been to! Not kidding. I have been to a "couple" all around Indiana and this one is by far the best for several reasons. 1. This gentleman who works there (Feb 20, 24) was going round to each isle and sorting and straightening items. It was so well organized! I told him too! 2. I got an important phone call from my doctor when I was getting ready to check out, I could do both. I asked the cashier if I could park my cart near the register and run outside to take call. She watched it for me the whole time I was outside! She was very nice and professional. I told her how much I appreciated her help. Thanks PAT!!! 3. The store was very clean and restrooms were very clean. I definitely give it 5 stars!"

"This store is one of my usual stores because I really like the cashiers (2) because they are always smiling and always helpful! However, one of the managers is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is the one with short multi-colored hair. Multiple times I have heard her speaking negatively about other people that work there to other employees. Management 101 - you don't do that, especially in front of customers! She should know better! GW must be desperate for help if THAT'S who they chose! You'd think with all the money that GW has made since the pandemic they could afford someone better suited for management!"
