"They do not answer the phone for nothing just like Southlake. I wasted my time coming up there to get a shoe and if they would’ve just answer the phone I could’ve know that before going all the way to the store."
"Loved they had what we had drove 3 hours to find for our infant. Plus they had the shoes we wanted for ourselves, best price overall. Can't wait to get more shoes here in few weeks"
"I just happened to be walking by here and decided to stop in. I’m a bit older and this store obviously caters to a younger generation. But as an old school Jordan fan and sneaker head I loved the shirts and hoodies so I bought a few things. Staff was down to earth and friendly. The young ladies that assisted were great."
"The workers around the store was really the reason why they got the stars. They were polite and kind. As my husband and I checked out, the nice young lady stated their policy. I then asked about the "extra 25%" that was posted on the sign. She said its already marked. I said it doesn't say that and in fact it has a 2nd extra 25% off on top of the original 25% off sign. She says its MGT. I want what you all are advertising not the false advertising. I even asked for the the selected 1s that were actually an extra 25% off. She stated it was already marked after she said it was only selective styles. I posted the pic of the sign below. All of them had the sam color tag and price; I was charged that price not the "extra25%". They need to take that sign down."
"I had to go to this store with my son to exchange a pair of shoes he got for Xmas that were to large. Initially as I walked in, there 3 lovely young ladies who immediately ask if we needed help. The one young small lady who helped us was wonderful. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. She got us taken care of and sent us to the Cashier to be rung out. That is when everything went down hill. We stood there waiting for a long while. The cashier didn't even address us or tell us she would be right with us. She actually left us standing there, while she went to do something. Then finally, I am telling her we ready to check out, she looks at us like "Whatever." She asked what shoes we had. There were many boxes behind her and I couldn't tell. I told her who the young lady was who helped us. Once the cashier figured out the shoe and that it was an exchange, she got flustered. She said her manager had to do it. He comes over and puts in whatever code and gets it going and tells her to finish, then walks away. She still didn't know what she was doing passed me my card back and stood there saying my manager got to do this. The manager is right behind me hearing all this fixing clothes and not coming to assist. So I say to him, hey she needs your help and I have some where to go. This rude young disrespectful girl says, "You see he is busy, you just got to wait. And Don't BE snatching our card back from me." I then become so angry, but didn't want to lower my class down to her ghetto standards. So I told the young lady, that "You handed back my card and I took it. That the customers always come first so your manager should get over here, since I've been waiting long enough. Plus, you need to watch who you are talking to. Everybody is not your age and ignorant like you." She rolled her eyes and walked away. The manager came over and didn't even address her rudeness and poor customer service. I told him that her alone made a good experience thus far a BAD one. All he could say is that, "She is new and she is young." That is NO Excuse. If you are the manager, you are to be training her and telling her. Not just walking away when she doesn't know what she is doing. Not reprimanding her for her bad attitude. This is Managements fault for poor hiring and poor training. I will NOT be ever going there again and will tell my son's dad he better not buy him anything from them again!"
