"Killi Smith and his crew did a great job for us today, moving our Mom's apartment into storage. They were punctual, professional an courteous. This is our third time using All My Sons and we will be using them again next weekend for another move."
"Tacorey & Izembre did amazing today helping me move and made sure it went swimmingly and stress free. I was wholeheartedly impressed especially after being uncertain about how the move would go at first. I would highly recommend them and AllMySons for anyone’s moving needs."
"Shawn, Mike, and Julius, did a fantastic job moving me 4 hours away! Exceptional, friendly, and on-time service! Machaelle Kennedy took care of the final moving details and made sure I was satisfied with everything. Thanks so much for taking the stress out of moving! I would definitely hire these guys again for a move short or long!"
"Shawn, Trey, AJ are awesome. They showed up when they said they would. Were courteous and respectful. They worked hard and efficiently. Careful with my belongings. I’d highly recommend these movers to anyone. I’m a disabled Veteran and was literally useless to help. They were so nice. Thank you"
"We had AMS load us on July 23 for a cross country move on an ABF trailer. The three guys showed up 15 minutes late- not a huge deal; however the lead guy walked through the house and determined they could load in 2 hours, told his boss to pre-charge that plus packing materials. They had me pay in full before they even loaded the first box (failure on my part! Per comtract not supposed to pay until end) The crew did a HORRIBLE job packing as shown in the pictures attached- washer on top of dryer with no padding between, fragile boxes on bottom of 5 stacked boxes, heavy things placed on pliable material. At 15 minutes to our 2 hours original start time (not arrival time) they informed us they were done. I nicely informed them they had conveniently avoided the 300 lb coffee table and they couldn't leave until that was done. They made my 67 year old dad get it up on a dolly and wheel it out to the truck before they finally begrudgingly took it up the ramp. But don't worry, they had time to ask me if our child's paint easel was for sale. They then left at 1 hour 45 mins work time per AMS home base documentation, charged us for 2 hours + packing materials (remember they showed 15 mins late) and didnt use any so called packing materials. The truck had about 15% more to be packed but they were doing such a lousy job we decided to just pack the remainder of boxes & smaller items ourselves. After leaving, I calculated the rate and realized they overcharged us because they never used packing materials. Three phone calls later they finally acknowledged that they did not use their packing supplies, but yet pre-charged us for it. After the third follow up call they finally refunded our money. Then when we opened the trailer in our final destination 2 weeks later, the damage to our furniture was awful. We own nice quality furniture and many pieces must be replaced. I've attached photos to show the barstool legs ruined, dryer control panel broken, pottery barn dinner table and chairs gouged, entertainment center facade ripped, bar cart broken, floor lamp broken, and wall unit with punched holes to name just a few- 20 furniture items damaged in total. The moving crew at our destination commented how this went against all professional packing rules (wood on wood with nothing in between, heavy boxes on top of fragile, boxes not stacked to make squares within the truck, washer on top of dryer, etc). I hoped AMS would make it right through their claims process and filed a claim immediately with detailed pictures and item descriptions. They've decided because they only packed the items, it's not their responsibility to cover the damage. When if they would've packed properly from the start, none of this would've been damaged. Surprisingly, the last 15% we personally packed had zero damage. Would not recommend to anyone that values their belongings."
