"Having Rio Stone install our cabinets and countertops was an experience in kitchen renovation that exceeded our expectations! They arrived early tore out the old stuff. Cleaned up the debris. Then began building and installing the cabinets. They were very careful and professional in doing their job. My wife and I was totally impressed seeing them retake measurements they took weeks earlier, they took all over again to be sure of their accuracy. They are definitely experts in this field, and stand a cut-above others at working in homes in ways that might be inconvenient. My 93-year old mother is bedridden and stays with us. They have an incredible selection at the Alabaster, AL main location, and I love being able to coordinate orders with Mckayla at the Tupleo, MS showroom. She is always such a pleasure to work with. "I am a recent customer of Rio Stone Group, and I wanted to share my experience. YMMV I used a company in Birmingham as my contractor for the counter top replacement, who had me work with Rio Stone Group to pick out the slab and coordinate install etc. I read some reviews and saw a grab bag of answers, and was a bit hesitant at first, but I am glad I did not fight it as Rio was a great company to work with. All inquiries were answered withing 24 hours. They did not make a promise until they could confirm with the crew that it could be fulfilled. Everyone in the office was polite and friendly to work with, particularly Robin, who coordinated everything. Even when I had issues reaching my contractor, Robin was able to keep the project on track and moving forward. The delivered product was what I requested and looks great. I had a billing issue with the contractor that Robin helped me sort out quickly. I got 3 other quotes, 2 from reputable sources that were 5-10% more, and one from a questionable handy man that was 5% less than Rio. After my experience with this company I would recommend them to others, and advise you to skip to Contractor, and to work with Rio!"
