"Terrible experience ordering letterman jackets!! They were ordered two years ago and never received. They also refused to cancel the order and to refund us until we threatened with legal action. Thank god another business stepped up so my kid could have her letterman jacket before she graduated. Unfortunately, the Seniors last year never received their jackets. They also smoke inside the business. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"This place is a joke! There was an order placed for letterman jackets in October of 2021 and they have still not received them. The checks have been cashed but they have still not received the products they paid for. If you want your products you paid for and want them delivered ON TIME then I suggest you order somewhere else!"

"It's been nearly a year since my daughters high school letter jacket was ordered and we still haven't received it. Multiple calls to them and just get the run around. Our boosters dept even paid them additional money to order materials from a different place (because they said that was the problem) and the check was cashed, but still no jackets. Students who's letter jackets were ordered from places other than Backroads received theirs pretty quickly and were wearing them weeks after ordering. We are going on one year and still nothing. Very disappointed and won't order anything from here again."
