"Bought a phone online then spent two days trying to sort out details at this store. Each time, I was told by staff here there was nothing they could do to help and gave me a number for customer service. No offers to assist in dealing with Verizon customer service at all. Simply told sorry and given a phone number after hours of effort trying to get a phone id already paid for. I've since switched to AT&T."
