"My daughter ordered a cake for my 40th birthday online and when she went to pick it up even after receiving an emailing stating they received her order the lady working the bakery that day said no one gave her online orders so my cake was not made!"

"Rude staff and an empty deli counter with no samples. Heaven knows I can't help myself but get a sample and buy whatever lovely item they have to sample. But now, with no sample and rude service might as well go to Walmart they don't have samples, and have rude staff as well."

"Very nice grocery store. I prefer it to the place out by the highway. They have everything the box store has, with better service at the deli and meat departments. Plus, it feels good to give my money to a store which is at least a little more local, even though it isn't that local. On top of everything, you can stop by Orschelns afterwards. Highly recommend."
