Doug and everyone I worked with from A+ were delightful - from the prep process through to approval and even picking up the finished goods. "When I first started communication with Doug at A+ Images, Inc. I was honest in that I had limited professional business experience and would be learning. After dubiously connecting to my Etsy store, sending a test file for our test order (they do not give samples of their services), and receiving confirmation that said test file was acceptable, there was something I did wrong for every subsequent order (even though the files were all prepared the exact same way). Doug will take the time to use his company's jargon to tell you categorically what is wrong, but will refuse to elaborate even after multiple instances of "trimming" issues. Invoices are sent seemingly randomly with multiple orders on the same day being invoiced several days apart. The company is often closed on federal holidays, random Tuesdays, and whenever Doug is overwhelmed. Orders will be shipped for days and you will not receive any form of communication regarding your order status. Doug will say, "that's weird," and do nothing about it. DO NOT send ANY form of communication to Doug when he is not working. It does not matter if said communication doesn't require an immediate response (like an email). It "doubles the work" for him. When in emotional distress from receiving an email at 5:14pm (14 minutes after business hours), Doug will belittle, talk down to, and otherwise be rude to his customers. As a customer, I do not want to be belittled by someone who I am paying for a good or service. Doug will reply to this review plainly saying that he was not rude and that he has a level of expectation for his customers that he has outlined in his contract, but there is no form that I signed that grants him any right to treat me or his other 1-star reviewers poorly. I am not sure who this business is for, but if you like communication regarding your business, regular business hours, and friendly customer service, I would take your business to any number of companies that do the exact same thing without the rude attitude. It took me one day to find a company that provides cheaper, higher-quality prints and fulfillment."

"Ordered custom shirts for a group I am in. Spoke to Christina on the phone and via email in regards to my needs. She sent me mockups of the design and worked with me to make everything perfect!!!! Amazing work, great quality and amazing customer service. Work was done quickly and accurately! Responds to emails quickly and professionally!
