"I bought several items for my daughter here for Christmas. One of the items was damaged. A pair of pant had a hole on the but. We returned them with the intention of getting another pair or something else. I wasn’t originally asking for my money back. The store clerk treated me with a great deal of suspicion. She initially refused to take them back snd didn’t believe they were on the receipt. Then said it was past 14 days when she saw them on the receipt. I purchased them on December 19 and returned them on January 7. I had to challenge her that these were purchased as a Christmas gift and I live an hour away. There are so many other places I can spend my money and be treated with respect . The service I received here made me never want to return."
