"Customer service by the manager Destinee is horrible. She is very very rude. Would not let me and my boyfriend return his shoes I got for him for Christmas. She LIED about the return policy. She said we couldn’t use my email receipt to return the shoes. She’s very rude and needs to go back to wherever store she was originally from. The guy manager there, I believe his name is Juan, he’s super friendly and we love him and the others. Just not Destinee."

"I've been coming here for a few years cuz I like their clothes but my recently experienced on Black Friday what's my last because I bought 6 polo shirts and 4 days later I was about to wear one and I noticed it was only six in there and he charged me for 7 two had the same serial number so I went back up there to confront him he wasn't there and the young lady told me I had to talk to the manager so I came back the next day and explain the situation to the manager and she told me how do she know that I didn't get seven shirts I said because it's 6in the bag and y'all charge me for seven I told her check your inventory so instead of giving me customer satisfaction she told me she had to run the cameras back and I said that's fine cuz I know what I bought she had the worst attitude to. I came back two more times after that and she had the same bad attitude the manager Danielle as she said her name was is December 16th I still haven't heard from her she said she's going to call gave him my email nothing I want my merchandise or my money back.... Now it's been weeks and now they said that they can't go back that far they played me that's cool I'mma let the higher power get them snakes. I took all if it back was it worth losing $371 over $41"

"Horrible service we were lied to about what gender the shoes were meant for and then when we try to return them we lost the receipt and even though they lied to us they still didn’t give us a refund. And then they lied to us about there return policy when we bought them never buy shoes or clothing here"

"This is the worst Jimmy Jazz I ever been to! Everything is overpriced from all the other ones I've been to before and I've been to several. And then they let you purchase items and don't tell you their non-returnable until you come back and tell them they don't fit you. Horrible customer service my worst Jimmy Jazz experience ever. I've been going to Jimmy Jazz inside was a teenager I will never return to this store again."
