"Merrillville location used to have a great selection of clothes but after the pandemic it's not the same. Very lackluster, I like getting seasonings & coffee syrups when they have it but clothes are nothing to brag about."

"Today is Sunday September, 24th 2023. Ross in Merrillville, has the most ghetto, rude, staff I have ever seen in my life. From the manager down to the regular staff. And of course they are all black, As an African American person myself, it frustrates me to even say that. I want to also point out something to the owner, etc. The fact that your store sale large items, but have carts that aren't allowed to go outside. Is inane to me, your staff aren't allowed to assist with with the large items or anything at all. I witnessed an elderly women, trying yo carry her large items out. Ross needs to retrain it staff on customer services. Or find new staff, and allow the carts to go outside. To make the life of the people that are supporting you more convenient ."

"I went there the other day and I absolutely love this place, however there is a lot of things they didn't have that I was looking for I don't know if it's because of covid or not. I say that because even before I felt like they didn't have as much stock as some other Ross stores did. I travel a lot and I found Ross for the first time probably about 15 years ago in Vegas and I fell in love with it."

"I usually stop in just to see what I am going to discover at a fantastic price! I go from department to department. I love to check the accent pieces, children's clothes, candles, artwork and jewelry. This time I found three dresses for my granddaughter. Also got her Jean's and designer slip on shoes. My daughter only liked one of the dresses when I forwarded a photo, so that's what I purchased. My granddaughter loved it and the Jean's and slip on shoes."

"Ross is a great store! It's one of those stores where you sometimes have to kinda look thru everything to find the good stuff, and when you do it's totally worth it! Good deals on organic teas,alkaline water &aloe vera drinks near the registers."
