"I purchase 3 legging, on April 11, 2021. One of the legging did not fit comfortably. Today May 6th I finally was able to get back so I can exchange. They would not let me. I had the tag, I had the original reciept. Their reciept say 30 days for in store credit. She then looked at the size and looked at my body and said "oh no" xl won't fit. IGNORANT Don't shop here."
"My boyfriend bought me tons of clothes from this store for Gift he purchased in December for Valentine’s Day surprise. Well needless to say about 6 items out of 20 did not fit so I attempted to just exchange them for larger sizes or store credit. Without hesitation the cashier said it was not possible even though most of the items were still available in the store in correct size. I could not believe it. I tried to explain I did not immediately return due to a miscarriage I suffered and could not make it to the store in the amount of time they allow. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN AND IF YOU ARE PURCHASING GIFTS FOR A WOMEN DO NOT GO HERE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE ITEMS. Lost my business !!!"
