They required me to return the product, wait 5-7 days for my refund and I would have to reorder my correct product on my own and pay for it. Customer service would not discount the incorrect product and of course for me to reorder it was out of stock. So disappointed the COLTS outsourced this service to a 3rd party. I will probably not order any colts gear at this point."
