"Shopping at the store for the holidays, I found good presents to buy, however when I went to the counter to pay for my items. A police officer was standing close by and watching only me. I tried to think nothing of it, until I realized that same officer was in his car outside the door when I came in. It must have thrown me off guard, because when I got home and prepared to wrap the three gifts I bought, one of them was not in the bag. I called back to the store and explained the matter to them, the manager said he was looking at the tape of me being there and that the clerk put my items in the bag. When I asked to come back and see the proof for myself he said that wasn't allowed. I will just have to take his word for it. You be the judge."

"Staff are friendly and helpful but the store itself is definitely in need of a major renovation. Lighting needs to be updated, layout needs to be more inviting and updated. Store looks like one of the old original stores which does not have a welcoming and bright location. Cluttered layouts and not The look of the other locations.
