"Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful with placing the order for the basketball hoop. Problem is he scheduled a delivery and install for an item he sold me that is out of stock. No communication from the store or delivery company. Delivery company even confirmed a delivery time window and never called or showed up, leading me to find the item out of stock after multiple calls. Install company also was clueless about the issue and even confirmed to show up. Overall a complete mess and poor communication. Been calling the store for 2 days and can’t even get a manager to return a call for a resolution."

"We recently replaced our aging above ground pool with a new pool and filter system from Great Escape Orland Park. The entire process was easy. The manager Jason really knows his business, he knew exactly what we needed and advised us honestly and candidly. Jason and Great Escape did everything that they said they would do when they said they were going to do it. Communication was robust - you call -Jason answers or calls right back. Every request was timely fulfilled. We have all heard about COVID backlogs, supply chain issues etc. and as a result I expected problems. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. Everything went smoothly. "FIVE STARS. From start to finish, Jason and the crew were, and continue to be there for me to answer any questions and address any concerns I have. Towards the end of installation, there was a small issue with air bubbles in the return line in the pool. Alvaro didn’t hesitate to return and seek a solution. Unfortunately for him and his crew, it was more difficult to locate the issue than hoped. In driving rain and inches of mud, on multiple locations, he and his crew worked tirelessly to finally solve the problem. I couldn’t believe how dedicated they were - I even told them they could wait a few days until the rain subsided, but they wouldn’t quit until everything was 100% correct. The pool is beautiful - can’t wait to share pictures with Jason and Alvaro when the patio is complete! If you are debating where to get your next pool - look no further. Five star service."

"Second pool we have bought and had installed by Great Escape. Miguel / Sundown Pools was the crew who put our new one in today. Fast and professional crew, stress free, zero issues. Our first one lasted 12 years, so we are hoping to get the same out of the new one. I did take the old pool down myself, which Miguel told me saved about $650. It's a lot of work, but at least I got some exercise and saved some money."
