"I have never dealt with such rude and uncaring people, especially to be working with children that are needing mental help. My son saw Bob a handful of times, he was never able to connect with him, which is ok, not every counselor will match every client. But the rudeness of the front desk staff and lack of care from Bob is beyond ridiculous and degrading. They truly just need to close the doors and retire. Burnout is real obvious in this “professional” setting - don’t waste your time here and find someone who actually cares about helping people!"

"My child has been seeing Julie and really enjoys her. The staff has been nothing but nice and accommodating to both of us. He didn’t want to start seeing a counselor but now asks when he is going back. He feels so comfortable there and it doesn’t feel like a “session” with him which is important for a young child. I am very glad we found Julie and The Centre!"

"Linda was extremely disrespectful and made me very uncomfortable. I found out that I knew one of her grandkids so from then on, she talked about him a lot, which was obviously not what I went there for. Also, I am an atheist and mentioned that to her, but she kept trying to push her Christian beliefs on me and making faces when I told her about things that didn't go along with her beliefs. I never felt safe telling her anything as she would immediately go around and tell my parents who took me (I am an adult, by the way) things that should have been between me and a trusted professional. Lastly, she tried to get me to take medicines that would not have benefitted me in the slightest; i.e. antipsychotics. Overall, the most unprofessional place I have ever been and would never recommend to anyone."
